New Transparent Raster Layer 650x650

Open element 44 Copy and paste as new layer
Open element 43 copy and paste as new layer
Resize both down by 60%
Highlight Element 43 to the right by 45%
add a drop shadow to your liking on element43

Open PP6 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 80% and move below all other layers
Grab the eraser tool and Erase all parts on the outsides of the frame

Open pp5 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image Select from drop down, and hit ok
i am using Mask Mosiac 
Merge Group

Open pp4 copy and paste as new layer
Move below all other layers
Go to Layers, New Mask Layer, From Image Select from drop down, and hit ok
i am using sparkle Mask 5
Merge Group

Open your tube copy and paste as new layer
resize down 2 times by 50% and move below the frame layers
Erase all that is on the outside

Duplicate the tube layer and hide the duplicated layer
Highlight the original and add a Xero: Radiance with the following settings

Add a black and white film 
Unhide Duplicate , Highlight and add an overlay

Open your tube once again copy and paste as new layer
Resize down to desired Size ( If Needed)
Mirror, move to the right above all other layers

open element 19 Copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 1 time by 80% Move to the left
Below the tube layer

open element 33 copy and paste as new layer
Resize down 2 times by 80% and move to the right below the tube layer

Open element 38 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 80% about 4 times
Move to the center to the left of element33

Open element 15 copy and paste as new layer
Resize as desired and move above all other layers
i have it sitting on the head of element 38

Open element 20 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 1 time by 60%
move to the left below the car

open element 24 copy and paste as new layer
resize down to desired and move to the left below the Frames
Erase all on the outside of the frames

open element 8 copy and paste as new layer
resize down by 60% about 3 times
Move to the left above the car and place on the side of the window.
Add a drop shadow to liking

open Element 14 copy and paste as new layer
resize down to desired and move to the right center
above all other layers

open element 9 copy and paste as new layer
resize down 3 times by 80% move to the center below
